Inspired by the burnished colors of the countryside in autumn, the Hawthorne Hunt Plaid Throw brings a handsome layer of warmth and pattern to The Heritage Stable House and The Sporting Estate.
A traditional plaid combines terracotta, burnt orange, muted mustard, olive and deep estate green, creating a palette reminiscent of weathered brick, autumn fields, worn saddle leather, and the changing landscape surrounding an old country estate. Twisted tassels finish the edges with relaxed texture, giving Hawthorne the character of a favorite throw brought out year after year.
Soft and inviting, the woven acrylic construction offers comfortable warmth while remaining practical for everyday living. At 50" × 60", it is generously proportioned for draping across a distressed leather club chair, layering over the back of a sofa, folding at the foot of a guest bed, or keeping close at hand beside the hearth.
Hawthorne is particularly striking alongside cognac and oxblood leather, dark oak, antique brass, forest-green textiles, equestrian artwork, vintage sporting books, and richly patterned Persian rugs. Though especially beautiful for autumn, its traditional palette allows it to remain part of a collected sporting interior well beyond the season.
