At this time, Bay & Bridle is exclusively online, allowing us to offer an extensive selection of carefully curated products delivered directly to your home.

How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun, we'll always do our best to help.

Will someone assemble my furniture?

What is White Glove Delivery?
Select furniture pieces may qualify for White Glove Delivery, which can include in-home delivery, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. Availability varies by manufacturer and location.
Returns

Can I return furniture?
Because many furniture pieces are oversized, custom-made, or shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, furniture returns may be subject to additional conditions or restocking fees.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Bay & Bridle offers a thoughtfully curated collection of products from trusted manufacturers and artisan partners, along with exclusive designs developed specifically for our brand.
Will items look exactly like the photos?
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Because of natural materials, handcrafted details, lighting, monitor settings, and photography, slight variations in color, texture, grain, or finish may occur.
These unique characteristics are often part of what makes each piece special.
Are natural materials unique?
Yes. Wood grain, marble veining, leather, woven fibers, and other natural materials will naturally vary from piece to piece, making every item beautifully one of a kind.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption through trusted payment providers. Bay & Bridle never stores your complete payment information.

Do you offer a designer or trade program?
We're currently developing a Bay & Bridle Trade Program for interior designers, decorators, architects, builders, hospitality professionals, and other qualified trade members.
